Tag...You're It
Rewriting The Labels That Have Been Writing Your Life

Audience: Individuals who are ready to look

at the labels they have been carrying

and decide on purpose, which ones get to stay. Groups available for women only and co-ed.

For six weeks, we'll move through Stephanie's new book, Tag...You're It, together.  We'll

slow it down, sit with it, and actually live it.

We will turn the chapters into conversation, reflection, and real-life application as you begin

to release the tags that no longer fit and find

peer support along the way.

~Because the most important label you will

ever carry, is the one you decide to keep.

TAG...YOU'RE IT

This is Stephanie's latest book and the center of our Tag...You're It Group.

From the labels we’re given in childhood to the quiet ones we place on ourselves, the tags we carry shape how we see our lives—and how we show up in the world. But what if you could choose a different one? Tag…You’re It is a thoughtful and empowering exploration of the labels that define us—and the freedom that comes when we decide which ones stay and which ones go. Through relatable stories and honest reflection, this book invites you to question the beliefs you’ve carried, release what no longer serves you, and step into a version of yourself that feels intentional, aligned, and fully your own.

Our Story

Get Growing Co. exists to create safe, soulful spaces where people can gather, grow, and heal

— without pressure, perfection, or performance.

Through peer-led support groups, guided resources, and intentional community,

we help people feel seen, supported, and reminded that they were never broken

— just buried beneath expectations, loss, and survival.

Our work is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that

healing doesn’t have to happen alone.

The lotus flower grows in muddy water, yet rises clean, strong, and radiant above the surface. It's a symbol of resilience, reminding us that beauty and strength can emerge from even the darkest places.

Welcome from Our Founder

StephEdwards-Headshot.JPEG

Hi, I’m Stephanie — founder of Get Growing Co., and I’m so glad you’re here.

This space was born from years of listening — really listening — to the quiet pain, unspoken questions, and tender hope in the women I’ve worked with and walked beside.

I’ve seen that healing doesn’t always need fixing. It needs witnessing. It needs community. It needs room to grow.

Get Growing Co. is a space for that growth. Not the kind that comes with pressure or perfection, but the kind that comes from being seen, supported, and reminded that you are already enough.

Here, you’ll find peer-led support groups, beautifully designed reflection tools, and a soulful community of women doing the brave work of showing up as they are. Whether you’re grieving, rebuilding, untangling your story, or just looking for a soft place to land — this is your invitation to grow gently.

We’re not here to tell you who to become. We’re here to walk with you as you remember who you are.

Welcome to the garden. You belong here.

With love,
Stephanie Edwards
